I've been listening to alot Nekromantix lately (who are one of my boyfriend and I's favorite bands) and I felt compelled to draw this...

Also I was inspired by [link] whose art is amazing...

I'm really pleased how it came out.

i my goodness darlin....i love it.damn,i was thinkin about doin a ghoulina pin-up too!that song is stuck in my head all of the time,so catchy,and definitely one of my fave nekromantix songs.

Yeah Ghoulina's defianately in my top 5 favorite Nekromantix songs...I'm working on some more Nekromantix song inspired art for my friends like
Dead girls don't cry, Nekromancing Baby, Who killed the Cheerleader, and Nekrofelia.

Also some Horror Pops, The Meteors, The Cramps, and maybe some Mad Sin stuff.

I'm on a major psychobitch kick right now...

Anyway glad you dig my stuff!

that sounds like a good idea...most rockabilly or psychobilly songs are easy to visualize...fun stuff.

let me know when get some of that work finished,i'd ove to see it.

i love all the colors and also the messy-ish lines and style of the whole piece...i like the subtle details like the stripes on her lips and the heart made from the cigarette smoke :)

have you heard their song "my girl"? it's really sweet and references back to a bunch of their songs including this one and a few others.
